First get a car, preferably a van cause girls like cars.
Next drive around until you see a girl & ask her if she wants candy.
If gets in great that will make it easier. Girls like to be picked up & asking for consent is sexy.
Tell her to hold out her hand & close her eyes. Girls like surprises.
She will think you are going to give her candy but this is where you tie her up & gag her so can't leave you. She is luck that anyone want to pick her up & even luckier that some would take such good care of her. There are a lot of creeps out there & you are protecting her from them.
Take her home & lock her in sound proof room & until she realizes how luck she is to have met you. Girl like a good provider that takes charge & show initiative.

You’re still young so there’s no need to hurry but if you ask me,getting a girlfriend takes a lot of time and patience.Firstly,find any chance to approach a girl and give her a simple greeting to see her reaction.If she responds,then it’s a good start.If you happen to see the same girl everyday,repeat the greeting until you feel confident enough to start a conversation.Ask personal questions about her interests and favourite things.Try doing small favours for her whenever you can like offering to carry her things.Be there for her when she needs someone to turn to.
There’s no straight way to getting a girlfriend and honestly,I’m no expert in this because I myself have little to no experience with the ladies.Just keep calm and be yourself.Always remember to act natural and be patient even if things don’t work out.Focus more on befriending the girl than getting her to be your girlfriend.Anyway,like I said before,you’re young so unlike me,you still have a lot of time to practice your social skills and build your confidence.Good luck!
